AMAZING!

This is one of the best games I have ever played. The level of detail is unbelievable, the next-gen looks and graphics are awesome and the gameplay is great. A lot of new modes of play, amazing levels, great tricks, very customizable!

You can choose to either follow the storyline, or play freeskate. Following the story line will allow you to unlock levels as you go and eventually it will be a huge city. The missions are great and fun, but sometimes quite hard.

Busting a 2.5 million combo isn't very hard if you know specials(which are very nice).

A must-have for tony hawk fans.

It seems to me that this new Hawk game was really pushed out to please the fans while they worked on proving ground for the next-gen. Seriously I really think this was just to appease us, I've played a demo of proving ground and its already a hundred times better than project 8. Project 8 had hardly any customization compared to previous instalments and even though all the games are relatively the same I was at east able to enjoy playing through all of them, except this one. I barley got through the training and I was bored, not to mention the controls were not as tight as usual, skip this and wait for proving ground, if you can't get it yet you can download a demo on-line as well as a demo for skate, both of these one level demos are better than this whole game.

Pretty Good, Not as good as Proving Ground

THPS Project 8 is a pretty good game. SKATE is a little bit better and THPS proving ground is just as good as this, if not a little better. I would definitely recommend it though, it's pretty fun. The graphics are spectacular! Pick this game up today!
