YES, I have experienced that so called "LOCKUP" too. But only when the game was starting, it wouldn't load. I never had any freezes during the actual gameplay. I even deleted all the game data, didn't work, I completely reformatted my PS3's HDD, still didn't work. So after 4 hrs of messing around with the game, I finally asked one of my buddies and they said to sign out of Playstation Network, or just turn off your modem or unplug the Ethernet cable and it will work. Only to be metioned 3 days after the incident it was posted on web-sites. Thanks for the delay. I just wander how many people like me who reformatted thier HDD and lost all that hard earned game saves or who were working on the 100% completion to get that prize. Now, don't get me wrong, that really ticked me off. But thats not going to deter my eagerness to play the game, whith so much great reviews and anticipation. Anyways, the person that said they got thier money back from Wal-Mart, let me know what's your secret because every retailer known to man won't return games for cash if they have been opened. So either you have a very good friend or relative working there risking thier job, or you just won't admit to exchanging this game for THE SIMPSONS game or DORA THE EXPLORER.. EVERY game in exsistance has BUGS or GLITCHES. If you can't agree to that, then you need to talk to Dr. Phil and get help. Yes, it's sincerely annoying to pay $90 for a game and not work, but IT IS BRAND NEW and NOTHING in this world is perfect. I'm sure when Rockstar tested the game, they only had as many players as in thier offices, and not 3 to 10 million as in the world to test thier servers or whatnot. Games are rated OVERALL, not to Specifics. You can't complain to a car manufacturer because you bought a car rated at a "5-star" safety rating, but when it gets flattened because a Boing 747 landed on it, can you? It's an OVERALL rating. It's just a freak error and it happens.

How To get quick money

Here is a quick greed fix to get money to get ammo or whatever. If you haven't noticed already, there are various locations around the city which has OUTSIDE ATM machines. There is an intersection at Cassidy St. and Tuscararora Ave. just outside the hospital which has two ATM's to which you can monitor with a better advantage. There is one on Cassidy St. to the left on the wall just as you exit the hospitals "U" shaped driveway. Then as your facing that ATM turn to your left and at the intersection there is one on Tuscarora Ave. What you do is stand in between them both so they are visible and wait for a pedestrian to use one of them. Make sure it isn't a police officer or a Security guard, for obvious reasons. Also keep an eye out for cop cars. It is bound to happen, but if you get caught, just escape the wanted radius and return. All you do is when the person leaves the ATM after using it, kill them and you will get the money that they just withdrawed. I usually get between $500 and $1000 every time. I am almost certain there are more locations with two ATM's to monitor, but this is the first location that I spotted and I use it a-lot!! Now, just so I don't get sued or accused of making some idiot do it in real life, THIS IS ONLY INTENDED FOR THE GAME ONLY!! I DIDN'T POST THIS FOR A REAL LIFE EVENT. If your dumb enough to try this in real life, DON'T BLAME ME!!!
