In the settings menu, go into extra's then cheat codes to enter these codes.

Unlock Scepter and Mini-Rockets - 10E6CUSTOMER

Unlock Vulcan and Flamethrower - 5FINGERDISCOUNT

If you find out that any of these codes or hints do not work please let me know they have been handed down so much that sometimes the important things get mixed around.
