When fighting in a match that has count ring just beat the crap out of your opponet and then when he is weak get back in the ring and have the ref count him out.

How to get your CAW experince Points

Just play through the season with a CAW that you want and use the points to increase his/her strength. You can olny use the points for the caw that you used in season.
