I love this game, but can not wait for the next version to come out. They have some cheats on how to get unlimited skill points which I will tell you in the hint section. The game is very cool and I also think john cena rocks and Mr Mcmahon likes c***.

One major flaw in this game is it doesn't have DX which is the Mcmahons main enemy and nemisis.

Smackdown games seem to getter better and better with every version and this one is no exception....The graphics push the PS2 to the max with just gorgeous arenas and character design....They have a new Manager mode in which you play as a General Manager on either Smackdown or Raw, and compete for Popularity by making matches....and buying WWE Contracts to host your chosen Superstars....The Story lines are few and far between with no real surprises....The major beef I have with this game is the lack of Tag-Team story modes....You can't go for the Tag-Team titles, or any other title for that matter only the World titles...If they could just make more stories, and an actual tag-team mode the replay value would be much higher....

To heal a Superstar

When a superstar is injured for a long time of period, just release the superstars contract, go to the free agency remove them from the roster then re- enable the superstar to the roster sign him in and you will use him/her in no time.

Hidden Weapons

when you are battling an opponent at the backstage Irish whip them to the big fence then knock then it down. punish them by using the gate as weapon. After you break it down you will find some weapons such as sledge hammers, tables, chairs e.g.

The combination of these two systems leads to more logical and slightly more methodical matches. You can't get away with just pulling off lengthy strings of weak moves to survive, but you also can't just toss power move after power move at your opponent without draining your stamina. Therefore, you have to be smart, switching up between weaker and stronger moves, taking occasional breaks to regain stamina (which is done simply by holding down the select button) and playing to the crowd as much as you can. Both factors are visible throughout a match. When your wrestler's stamina is drained, he or she will double over in exhaustion.

To play as Vincent K. McMahon, you must play through the general manager mode as RAW. Then during the wrestlemania PPV, McMahon will be a guest referee for one of the matches. Simply play the match and select McMahon as your character and you can play as McMahon. He does the McMahon stunner and some funny taunts. Note this doesn't make him permanetly playable, it's only a one time deal.In order to use a 619 without using a special, you must have The 619 as a finisher. When your opponent is groggy on the on ropes run toward him/her and press the X button. This 619 may not include West Coast Pop in it, but it does good damage to the head and knocks the opponent down for a little while.Start a Royal Rumble as one of the wrestlers. If you get eliminated before the match is over, press the select button and you will suddenly start playing as one of the other wrestlers who haven't been eliminated. If it worked, you will see a 1P or 2P (1st/2nd Player)[Depending on what player you are] below the name bar of the new character that you became. You can do this as many times as you want just as long as your character keeps getting eliminated.First, create a super heavyweight and raise at least one of his attributes to 6. Then go to the create a superstar menu and copy him. Go to the copied one and change him to a diva weight. Then continue the game without saving. And you should have 7000 attribute points.

the whole basis of combat in the game really relies upon reversals. theres a good amount of characters and a real big list of moves. good game

SMACKDOWN VS. RAW 2006 is the best wrestling game ever made. The graphics are the best. All the characters look so realistic. The game is setup so realistic. From the normal single matches and Royal Rumbles to the Hell in a Cell and Elimination Chamber is the greatest animation you'll ever see in a wrestling game. The season mode is pretty good. They have the superstars voices which made it even more awsome. General Manager Mode is awsome, but takes forever. It's worth it when you get the trophy though. I suggest this game to everyone. I give it five stars.

The graphics in this game are great. The wrestlers, for the most part, look dead on. Really great work. The crowd even looks half-way realistic. Only downfall, IMO, is some of the graphics during the season mode don't look too realistic, but other then that, the graphics are pretty spot-on in terms of wrestler appearances etc.

The entrance music is really good. However, at times you may feel as if the entrance music is too slow, or distorted. For some, most of this won't be a problem seeing as , eventually, most people turn the entrances off.

The menu music on the other hand, is... really bad. I guess you could turn it off in the options or mute the TV, but it gets really boring, really annoying, really fast. This is my personal opinion though. Although from what I have seen, the music is terrible. And thankfully, no more music during matches. However, the commentary is repetitive and boring.

This game is really good. When I played it I didn't know what to expect untill I got use to the controls. After that it was smooth sailing. The only problem was that there wasn't a lot of characters that were in the WWE. Maybe 2007 will have them (like Matt and Jeff Hardy).
