Game Description

In Japan, every new console will eventually receive two blessings from the usual suspects. The first blessing is the Shogi game, often referred to as Japanese Chess and the second is the ubiquitous Mahjong game. There are other "blessings" but these two are fairly common and always in effect. Nevermind that both games have been rehashed constantly and done to death. This latest attempt, Pro Mahjong Kiwame Next assembles Japanese citizens, salary men, et al for another rendered round of mahjong action. Japanese rules apply and the tables and tiles have never looked so grand, which is a testament to the PS2's graphical prowess.
