Play as Kakashi,the copycat ninja and Garra of the Desert

This is very simple to do. Only thing you need to do is beat the game once and then you can choose Kakashi(Special Moves: R1:Thousands Years Of Death / R2:Lighting Blade) and Garra(Special Moves: R1: Sand Wall / R2:Sand Burial) to join your team. Only problem you might have is the escort missions. Good Luck
no Curse Mark

When Sasuke chalenges you to fight him @ Lone Pine Hill, DO NOT use the Nine Tailed Fox!! If you do, once you beat him Sasuke will call on the Curse Mark, you'll have to fight him again, he'll be stronger, and you'll be weak from before. Took me 5 times to figure it out, I wanted to save it for the Curse, but it didn't happen.
faster and easier sand mission

At the sand mission's beginning after u first see jiraiya, just skip fighting all those warriors (unless u want to pick up all the chakra orbs and virtue) up until u reach the part when u c an injured guy that tells u about gaara's location. (but u must fight those people in the place with all the boxes) U lose almost no health and it's much faster! (^_^)
easy monkey boss defeat

When u accept the gambler's fallacy mission, pick a team of neji (and another if u like u won't need him though) and stock up on rations (or duals) and go to the gambler guy. he tells u a monkey stole his stuff so go towards monkey tail mountain (u meet the monkey along the way) defeat the monkey's minions and chase him. keep chasing him until u activate the 9-tailed fox power. now when u next meet him go up to him and lock-on (don't use nine tails yet) if u have the naruto uzimaki barrage or perfect strike use it now and then if u don't have it or just did the attack switch to neji while the monkey is still in the air. when he gets up use the 64 palm attack (R2) and then switch back to naruto and pause. use rations (or duals) on neji until full. keep repeating until the monkeys health is in the red and quickly use the nine tailed fox powers (if u take too long the monkey will run away) and kill the monkey. (use neji again if needed)Then if u get upset because the monkey challenges u don't get upset! (the thing just plays itself out)When u "beat" the monkey u discover a hilarious secret! (I am not gonna tell u though) (^_^)
