Game Description

Developed for the European market, F1 Racing Championship has the honor of being one of the first Formula One titles for the PlayStation 2. Using the official 1999 regulations and schedule, the game boasts 11 team cars, 22 drivers, 16 tracks, and some of the most advanced driver intelligence yet seen. Other features include eight different game modes (including driving school and grand prix) and a TV-style presentation. Sadly, F1 has the distinction of being the legendary developer Video Systems' last game before closing its doors forever in 2001. Released in Europe and Japan only.
