Difficulty Levels

I would strongly suggest starting out at the medium/silverish level, because it is really difficult to make a jump from easy to medium if you've played the whole game on easy.

dont be afraid to use the crap out of healing touch. Later on this game becomes really hard... so practice getting that healing touch down.

One of the biggest things you need to concentrate on is how to do a particular operation so if you fail a coulpe times thats okay, just remember what you did wrong and do it again. another thing is to take it slow and find out what pattern is needed.
cutting

when you have to cut open a person in a straight line do it quick if you do it slow and try ro make it straight you will not get a good score for trying to be perfectly straight just go fast and straight. when stitching do the same thing you cannot do little stitches or you run out of string so just go fast side to side and kinda wide(you can't do it like real life)
