amazing game. MUST HAVE

If you own a wii then you must buy this game; it is just that good. The controls are flawless and the atmosphere of the game is immersive.

Metroid Prime 3: Corruption is finally here making the launch of the Wii feel complete. Gamers around the world have been patiently waiting for Retro Studios to release the final installment of the Prime series, and grace their not-yet-fully-tested console. For those of you naysayers out there that thought the Wii was incapable of being cool, you have been proven wrong. Metroid Prime 3: Corruption may not be wholly original, but the control scheme sets the standard for first person shooters for ALL consoles.

The graphics are the best we've seen on the Wii, the sounds are classic, and the boss battles are everything you'd expect from a Metroid title. If you're tired of creating Miis, you've re-beaten all the Zelda games on the Virtual Console, and want a single player challenge to accompany the fine collection of Wii party titles, Samus and her fellow hunters will not disappoint.

Metroid Prime 3 : Corruption will have you, Samus Aran, team up with fellow bounty hunters to foil the latest dastardly attempt by the Space Pirates against the Galactic Federation. This time a virus has been spread that has attacked Federation technology. The corruption of computer systems and the compromising of key networks has plunged the Federation into chaos. Luckily for us, this means a galaxy-spanning adventure through amazing alien worlds. The environments, creatures, and boss battles are all masterfully created. The title is truly entertaining from beginning to end, and I simply cannot say enough about how fun and creative the boss battles are. Cruising around the worlds is great, but taking on the honchos and besting them while utilizing all your available skills is a thing of beauty. You will have to use all of Samus' powers and abilities in coordinated combination, often in inventive ways. If you use the abilities harmoniously, you should have no problems advancing past the mega foes she'll face.

Now, Metroid Prime 3: Corruption has re-invented the way the series is played, unarguably for the better. If you were on board Samus Aran's Hunter-Class Gunship for the critically acclaimed first outing and its sequel, you will be ready for the third and final act in the trilogy because, at least from a design standpoint, there haven't been too many major changes. The heroine still explores exotic alien terrain and fights fearsome alien creatures, and the re-traversal backbone that has powered Metroid projects since the NES classic .

This game, well all the games, are awsome. But still this one outshines them all. Lets start at thee beginning.
Yes almost every thing you start out with and new things to collect. Stunning grafix. Awsome coloring. And smooth controles. but i don't recomend buying1 it. just rent it once or twice. No maltiplayer, and/or wi-fi.

The heroine still explores exotic alien terrain and fights fearsome alien creatures, and the re-traversal backbone that has powered Metroid projects since the NES classic that started it all remains completely and thankfully intact. So if you've never liked these titles, Corruption probably isn't going to make you a believer, even with its enhanced graphics and spectacular new controls. If, on the other hand, you'd rather play with Samus than, say, Master Chief, Retro's Wii-overhauled new addition to the Prime family is going to take you on a great, satisfying ride that you won't soon forget. Indeed, as far as we're concerned, the Texas-based studio has made Wii's best game.

Corruption is the evolution of the Prime series and a game that is very highly polished in nearly every respect. It's got better control. Better pacing. Better visuals. Better cinematics. And better bonuses. Yet, even with all of these improvements, it still feels and looks very familiar to its predecessors, which is both a statement of praise and criticism. You will recognize the blueprint and style of a winning formula and at the same time you aren't likely to experience the downpour of surprises that overwhelmed you upon playing the original Prime -- an endeavor that brought Samus into the third dimension without sacrificing the guts of the 2D efforts. There is also no getting around the fact that 2002's Prime featured cutting-edge graphics for its time and Corruption instead boasts cutting-edge graphics on Wii. What Retro has done with Nintendo's underpowered console is nothing short of amazing, of course, but if you dare to compare Prime 3's visuals to games beyond Wii, you'll notice a chasm in technology. The artistry? We'd pit it against anything on the high-definition-ready consoles with confidence.

If you've never played a Metroid Prime game before, we'll give you the footnotes now. You jump into the armored shoes of Samus Aran, a stoic-cool blonde heroine who lets her beams do the talking. As the most trusted bounty hunter in the business, she's regularly contracted by the galactic Federation to do battle with Space Pirates, an evil race of menacing aliens obsessed with life-draining blobs called Metroids and a toxic substance called Phazon. Metroid games always start Samus off devoid of any major abilities and challenge you to upgrade her as you explore atmospheric locales. You'll see places that you cannot enter or reach along the way an

Whether you are a Metroid fan or not, this is a must have. The top of the charts has got to be it's new gameplay. Amazing interaction pulls you into this world. Flip switches, grab levers, push buttons, or just shooting away at Space Pirates puts you in the suit. The graphics have much improved along with a much in depth story line. Unlockables will introduce you to the original ideas of this long awaited game, and it's great music will set the mood. Whether it be miles above the surface of Elysia, or deep into the Phazon mines. You'll find yourself fighting your way through this game. As you become more and more corrupt, your mind begins to indulge in the power.

One of the best games ever prolly 2nd fav wii game and awesome perfect control best metroid game and best shooter game MUST BUY FOR WII OWNERS its good games nice graphics they blend nice powerups good secrets good game or should i say awesome games!!!!!!!!!

MP3 is the best game that I have played on the Wii. Everything about this game is top notch. Graphics, Controls, Story, its all there. The controls for this game are the best of any first-person shooter ever made. It is easily the the best looking Wii game by far. The cut scenes are awesome. You will have to buy this game because nobody in their right mind whould ever trade this game.

This is an amazing game! The graphics are stunning especially for the wii. The controls are the best first person controls I have ever seen. The only thing that I have to dislike about this game was the fact that the last boss was too easy for my taste.
