This game will eventually fuse into your everyday life! This game features a daily brain age check, which ranges from 20 to 80, 20 being the best, daily train exercises, including math equations, number mazes, reading activities, and more! The best of all this is that it all uses the Nintendo DS's touch screen, in which you use to write answers to the math problems and words to memorization activity, and microphone, in which it uses your voice to answer a color coded activity. The game features over 100 sudoku puzzles as well, so there is always something to in this game! Also, Remember if you get this game to check your brain age everyday!

Abuse and Accomplishment

Reviewed by grabbingsand on November 27, 2006  |  report this review

It takes so little for a simple game to put you in your place. Brain Age does this almost immediately. In less than five minutes, a little bespectacled professor will have you shouting colors frantically, forgetting entirely that you're in public. And when you're done, the professor passes judgment in the form of an estimated age. Inevitably, your brain is going to be much, much older than you could possibly imagine.

So why put up with so much abuse? Because Brain Age is one of those rare games that rewards your continued patience and diligence. Before too long, your brain's age will start to diminish, growing younger and younger. The end result is an actual sense of accomplishment.

Beyond the Brain Age tests and lessons -- there are several -- the built-in Sudoku puzzles are brilliant, made even more so by allowing the player to actually write number selections in each square. It is a little thing, but again, there's that sense of actually doing something.

Brilliant game.
