ok first off i have completly beat this game and found many of the secrets. This is a little trick i found that wil let you do a few different things.
when your doing alchemy you can usually see 1-2 of the properties of whatever your using. find 2 containing "fortify intellegence" ash yam and i thing saltice...theres is a lot of different thing that will do it. get the best slchemy equipment you can get your hands on Theres a master set in balmora and i thinka few pieces of the grandmaster set very easy to get your hands on especially if you have telekenesis

now that you have the equipment you need to find the ingredients
2 options stock up what you find and just stash it somewhere and let it build up (your gonna wanna sit down and make all this as fast as you can for best effects)
or find someone to buy it from

i go to wolveriene hall mages guild (the one with the spiral staircase its in the telvanni district

mix as many as you can then sell a few of the potions back to the guy you buy your ingredients from for more money
take the rest to get better potions next try
repeat this over n over and youll see your getting better at making potions and your alchemy level will start to rise FAST
youll also notice the potency of the potion is going up dramatically too
continue to drink/sell these potions till you get a crazy amount of intelgence i get mine up to 20k for safety
get you a good stockpile for later so it wont take as long and stash it somewhere
with this high of intel you can do A LOT
you can enchant 100%
finally a reason to use soulgems
also if you can get your hands on the ingredients to make fire/shields / mirror
you can go DBZ
ive made levitation potions where i could break free of walls and get across the map in just a couple minutes

you can fortify your health make super healing potions enchant everything you have

endless possabilities here
be careful though ive crashed the game a few times making crazy stuff
