this game is fun for modest user who has time to build a city from scratch and control it. It can be BORING and addictive at times. Will operate on the onboard graphics card.

During game play, press [ctrl] + [alt] + [shift] + [c] all at the same time. you should see a text box in top left corner. type the following codes to receive corresponding actions. press enter after typing to activate. repeat this for every code.

power to the masses [unlocks all the power sources]
garbage in, garbage out [?]
pay tribute to your king [unlocks all rewards]
water in the desert [?]
traffic lights [traffic lights aids in less air pollution]
call cousing vinnie [gives you $250,000]
